I offer individual counselling sessions for young people from 10 upwards, I work in a pluralistic way, which is an approach that focuses on the needs and preferences of each individual. It works from that individuals may benefit from different methods at different times. Its a collaborative relationship where both the counsellor and the individual work together to identify the needs and wishes of the individual. It is based off humanistic and person centred counselling.

Alongside the counselling I also offer a creative approach to counselling, so we can use different creative things within the sessions to explore how you are feeling, I use this approach quite a lot with young people and those who find it difficult to communicate what is going for them.

 In addition, I provide assistance to counsellors who are either establishing their presence online or enhancing their existing websites. This includes an initial consultation to discuss your vision for the website, logo design ideas, and strategies for effective social media usage. My goal is to ensure you have the tools and support needed to succeed in your professional journey.

 Within this service, I will guide you through every essential step to excel in a private practice. From choosing the right insurance to attracting clients and beyond, you will find comprehensive support. Additionally, I offer six months of mentoring to assist you through the initial and critical months of establishing and growing your private practice, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed.
